做采购和工程的人,拿到一款PVC瓦,最想知道的就是它到底结不结实、耐不耐用。光听销售讲没用,得看实实在在的性能数据。
我做了这么多年屋面材料,今天就拿几个关键指标跟大家拆解一下,PVC瓦到底好在哪,哪些数据是必须盯住的。
先说防火性能。厂房、仓库这些地方,消防是头等大事。PVC Roof Tiles之所以被大量用在工业建筑,一个核心原因就是它阻燃。按照国家标准,合格的PVC瓦属于B1级难燃材料。什么意思呢?就是你把火源拿开,它自己会在几秒钟内灭掉,不会持续燃烧,也不会像普通塑料那样滴熔滴助长火势。很多客户问,那万一车间着火怎么办?PVC瓦至少不会成为“帮凶”。有些劣质瓦为了降成本,钙粉加太多,阻燃性大打折扣,一点就着,那种千万别买。
再说耐腐蚀。这个指标主要看它在酸碱盐环境下的表现。好的anticorrosive tiles(也就是PVC瓦的一种)做过第三方检测,在浓度60%以下的硫酸、盐酸,或者饱和盐水里泡上24小时,表面不起泡、不变色、重量变化微乎其微。所以化工厂、电镀车间、养殖场(氨气腐蚀)都愿意用它。相比之下,彩钢瓦在这种环境里撑不过半年就锈穿了。
抗冲击性能也很关键。尤其是冰雹多发区或者安装时有重物掉落的风险。国标里有落锤冲击试验——用1公斤的钢球从1米高度自由落下砸瓦面,合格的PVC瓦不会开裂,最多留个白点。有些厂家甚至能做到2米不裂。这里要提醒一句,抗冲击能力跟厚度成正比,也跟配方有关。纯料做的韧性好,回收料做的脆,一砸就碎。所以买瓦的时候,别只看厚度,还要问清楚是不是新料。
还有隔热和隔音。PVC瓦的导热系数大约在0.22到0.325 W/(m·K)之间,而彩钢瓦的导热系数在50以上。差了两个数量级。夏天阳光暴晒,彩钢瓦下面像烤箱,PVC瓦下面温度能低4到8度。隔音方面,大雨落在PVC瓦上的噪音比彩钢板低30分贝以上,这个差异非常明显,耳朵能直接听出来。很多老板换瓦之后,第一反应就是“终于不用打雷一样吵了”。
最后说使用寿命和耐候性。好的PVC瓦在户外用上十年以上,颜色变化不大,表面不粉化,机械性能保留率还在80%以上。这得益于表面那层ASA(丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物)材料,它能抗紫外线、抗老化。有些低端瓦为了省成本,ASA层很薄甚至没有,半年就褪色发白,两年就脆裂。
综合这些指标,你就能明白为什么越来越多的项目指定用PVC瓦。当然,前提是找对PVC Tile Manufacturers。指标是死的,但选对了厂家,这些指标才是真的。

It has good loading performance, and does not produce damage and breakage phenomenon in low-temperature areas under year-round snow accumulation. Tested using 2.0MM thick UPVC tile in the support spacing 600MM under the case of loading 100KG, tile will not produce cracks damage phenomenon.
- Excellent thermal insulation performance
The coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.325W/M.K, which is about 1/310 of clay tile, 1/5 of cement tile and 1/2000 of color steel tile. At the same time, it is full-shading, which greatly improves the heat insulation performance. The experiment proves that the heat insulation effect is 3~4℃ lower than the color steel plate.
