From Color-Coated Steel Tiles to PVC Tiles: The Evolution of Roofing Materials
早些年，你去任何一个工业区，抬头一看，屋顶全是蓝色的彩钢瓦。那东西便宜、好买、安装快，几乎是厂房的标配。但这几年你再看看，新建的厂房也好，旧改的项目也好，越来越多用PVC Roof Tiles了。不是说彩钢瓦完全不能用，而是它那几个硬伤，用过的人都吃过亏。
第一个硬伤就是生锈。彩钢瓦本质上就是薄钢板镀了一层锌或者涂层。在普通干燥环境里，用个五六年开始从切口、螺丝孔往外锈。要是在化工厂、电镀厂、沿海地区，湿度大、有酸碱盐，三个月就锈斑，一年就穿孔。我亲眼见过一个电镀车间的屋顶，用了不到两年，踩上去都发软，下面设备上全是锈水。换一次屋顶，停产、拆旧、清运、装新，折腾下来几十万没了。
第二个硬伤是吵。下大雨的时候，彩钢瓦屋顶就跟敲鼓一样，车间里面对面说话靠喊，电话根本听不清。要是夜班赶上暴雨，工人干活分心，还容易出安全事故。
第三个硬伤是热。彩钢瓦导热太快，夏天太阳一晒，下面温度能到四五十度，空调开了也白开，电费蹭蹭往上涨。

当然，价格上PVC瓦确实比彩钢瓦贵一点。但是你得算长期账。彩钢瓦用个六七年就得大修甚至全换，而PVC瓦正常用十五到二十年没压力。摊到每年，PVC瓦反而更便宜。更何况，中间省掉的维修人工、停产损失、工人舒适度提升，这些都是真金白银。
那是不是所有PVC瓦都好？不是。市面上有些小厂用回收料做的低价瓦，还不如好的彩钢瓦。所以选PVC Tile Manufacturers很重要。好的工厂，从原料到成品层层把关，每批瓦都有留样和检测记录。说实话，做屋面材料是个良心活，材料好坏几年后自然见分晓。从彩钢瓦到PVC瓦，不是跟风，是实打实好用替代了不好用。
