From Color-Coated Steel Tiles to PVC Tiles: The Evolution of Roofing Materials
早些年,你去任何一个工业区,抬头一看,屋顶全是蓝色的彩钢瓦。那东西便宜、好买、安装快,几乎是厂房的标配。但这几年你再看看,新建的厂房也好,旧改的项目也好,越来越多用PVC Roof Tiles了。不是说彩钢瓦完全不能用,而是它那几个硬伤,用过的人都吃过亏。
第一个硬伤就是生锈。彩钢瓦本质上就是薄钢板镀了一层锌或者涂层。在普通干燥环境里,用个五六年开始从切口、螺丝孔往外锈。要是在化工厂、电镀厂、沿海地区,湿度大、有酸碱盐,三个月就锈斑,一年就穿孔。我亲眼见过一个电镀车间的屋顶,用了不到两年,踩上去都发软,下面设备上全是锈水。换一次屋顶,停产、拆旧、清运、装新,折腾下来几十万没了。
第二个硬伤是吵。下大雨的时候,彩钢瓦屋顶就跟敲鼓一样,车间里面对面说话靠喊,电话根本听不清。要是夜班赶上暴雨,工人干活分心,还容易出安全事故。
第三个硬伤是热。彩钢瓦导热太快,夏天太阳一晒,下面温度能到四五十度,空调开了也白开,电费蹭蹭往上涨。
这些问题,PVC瓦几乎全给解决了。anticorrosive tiles(PVC瓦)不怕酸碱盐,我见过化工厂用了七八年的PVC瓦,拆下来表面还是光亮的,一点腐蚀痕迹都没有。隔音方面,它里面有多层结构,雨水打上去声音闷闷的,不刺耳。隔热更不用说了,导热系数只有彩钢瓦的两千分之一左右,夏天车间里凉快一大截。
当然,价格上PVC瓦确实比彩钢瓦贵一点。但是你得算长期账。彩钢瓦用个六七年就得大修甚至全换,而PVC瓦正常用十五到二十年没压力。摊到每年,PVC瓦反而更便宜。更何况,中间省掉的维修人工、停产损失、工人舒适度提升,这些都是真金白银。
