pvc tiles/PVC tiles/ASA-PVC tiles are made of anti-aging scientific formula, with PVC as the main raw material and mixed with UV anti-ultraviolet extrusion, shielding extrusion, antioxidants, modifiers and other super weathering chemical materials. It is produced by European advanced co-extrusion technology. It can convert the UV light energy of sunlight into heat energy and release it, block the oxidization reaction between air and material and add shielding material in the core layer to prevent the penetration of light again, thus greatly extending the service life of the tile.

As a modified plastic, it has the corrosion-resistant properties of plastic itself. It has no chemical reaction when immersed in alkali, salt, and acids up to 60% for 24 hours. Ideal for corrosive plants, acid rain prone areas and coastal areas.

- Excellent thermal insulation performance
The coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.325W/M.K, which is about 1/310 of clay tile, 1/5 of cement tile and 1/2000 of color steel tile. At the same time, it is full-shading, which greatly improves the heat insulation performance. The experiment proves that the heat insulation effect is 3~4℃ lower than the color steel plate.

Strong impact resistance. Tested: 1 kg steel ball dropped freely from a height of 3.0 meters without cracking.

- Middle wave, small trapezoidal wave transverse lap must take 2 waves, longitudinal lap length >300mm.;

- If self-tapping screws are used for fixing, the holes must be pre-drilled and the diameter of the holes must be larger than the diameter of the fixing screws by 2~3mm.

- Note: The span of purlin is related to the use temperature of the product, the higher the use temperature, the smaller the span of purlin should be, otherwise the product is easy to deform.
