Gao Yi PVC roofing tiles are manufactured using a one-piece extrusion process, resulting in a seamless surface that allows rainwater to flow smoothly down the slope. The material is non-absorbent and highly dense, providing excellent waterproofing performance. Water-diverting ribs are installed at the overlaps to guide rainwater away. The installation angle must be greater than 10 degrees; in actual use, no water leakage has occurred even during heavy rains. However, since the tiles themselves do not provide sufficient waterproofing, proper treatment of installation joints—such as the roof ridge and eaves—is equally critical, and special attention must be paid to preventing leaks.
