The raw material is primarily APVC, supplemented by stabilizers and other additives; imported and domestically produced materials are blended, with the formulation fine-tuned quarterly. During compounding, mixing time and temperature must be precisely controlled to prevent air bubbles and color variations; during extrusion molding, temperature differentials across the three sections and die clearances are strictly controlled to ensure uniformity.
