PVC-coated steel roofing tiles outperform color-coated steel roofing tiles and resin roofing tiles in terms of corrosion resistance (resistant to acids and alkalis down to pH 2), thermal insulation (thermal conductivity of 0.19 W/(m·K), which is significantly lower than that of color-coated steel roofing tiles), and service life. Practical project experience shows that plastic-steel roofing tiles have excellent weather resistance, are less prone to cracking or warping at low temperatures, and offer superior overall performance, particularly in special environments such as coastal areas or chemical industrial zones.
