Steel frame roof construction and sizing

Wood purlins and square steel pipes are commonly used,C/Z steel, Z steel as purlin for house has better bearing capacity. All of them should be well treated with anticorrosion before use, which can prolong the service life of purlin. Square tube steel (60×40×3㎜), C-beam (100×50×20×3㎜) or anticorrosive wood square (60×40㎜).
Laying spacing of synthetic resin tile roof purlins
If the cover isFor 880mm width resin tile, the purlin spacing is 660㎜; if laying 1050mm width resin tile, the purlin spacing is 750mm, arranged from bottom to top. Special attention should be paid to the fact that if the installation is not standardized, the purlin spacing is too wide, the tile lap joints lap less, etc. will cause rain leakage, resin tile roof collapse, inequality and other phenomena.

Installation of synthetic resin tile roof purlin
Leveling: test and level the purlin support before installation, check the flatness of purlins one by one, and control the height difference between the purlins installed at±5mm range.
Playing line: purlin support point should be fixed according to the design requirements of the support point position, for this support point should be drawn by line, after purlin installation and positioning, acceptance according to purlin layout drawing.
Fixing: Welding or bolting according to design requirements, adjust the position again before fixing, deviation≤±5mm.
Acceptance: After purlin installation, the person responsible for project technology will notify the quality officer or supervisory engineer for acceptance, confirm the pass and transfer to the next process.
