- Before installation, lines should be placed according to the site roofing conditions, which will help the installation of tiles to achieve horizontal and vertical, to ensure the quality of installation and to achieve aesthetic effects.
- Installation of main tiles
- When installing main tiles on two-slope roofs, the center of the crest on one side coincides with line CC1 (CC2) or DD1 (DD2), and both the upper and lower parts of the main tiles should be parallel to lines CD and AB and installed from one side (line CC1 or DD1).
Tile installation is very important, must ensure that the bottom edge of the tile and CC1 (CC2) or DD1 (DD2) line perpendicular shall not be tilted, the position is correct, in the lower end of the purlin and the center of the tile (crest) at the center of the tile will be fixed.

During installation, check the verticality of the bottom edge of the tile and the construction line at any time, and confirm that there is no error before installing the fixings in full.

Installation of main shingles on two-slope roofs should be synchronized on both sides to ensure that the crests of the positive ridge shingle installation match.
Main tile installation selection of diameter 6.3mm, length of 75mm self-tapping nails; ridge tile, oblique ridge tile installation according to the different fixed position, selection of diameter 6.3mm, length of 110-150mm self-tapping nails.

Use self-tapping nails or stainless steel angle nails for steel purlins and self-tapping screws for wood purlins. Drill holes larger than 2mm diameter of self-tapping screws on the crests to be fixed, and fix a set of fittings every other crest.
When installing four slopes roofing, first install the main tile (the same method as two slopes). After the installation of the main tile and then install the two sides of the triangular roof, from the center line CC3, DD3 for the benchmark on both sides of the installation, and then cut along the diagonal line, in order to facilitate the installation of the ridge tile.
- Installation of ridge tiles
- Positive ridge tiles are installed on the ridge CD line, the installation should start from the side of the main tile area, the first one to start a positive ridge tile lap to avoid overlapping with the main tile lap, and two positive ridge tiles lap a waveform between them.
- Installation of Beveled Ridge Tiles
Slant ridge tile is installed on the triangular slanting edge of multi-slope roof, when installing, it should be fixed on the main tile purlin with up and down alignment, lap 30mm between two sections of slant ridge tile and install the end of ridge tile.
- Installation of Tee Tile
Tee ridge tile installation at the intersection of the three sides, positive and oblique ridge tile installation is completed after the installation of the Tee ridge tile, the installation of the Tee ridge tile on one side of the lap in the positive ridge tile below, the other two sides of the lap in the oblique ridge tile above.
- Installation of eaves
The eaves sealing should be installed at the same time as the next section of the main tile, and be fixed to the purlin with a double layer of self-tapping nails at the end of the main tile. If the gable end of the main tile is too long from the purlin and the length of the sealing eaves is not long enough, use bolts to fix it separately.
