Sources and raw materials for FRP series products<\/h3>\n

(1) Sources and Uses of FRP<\/p>\n

FRP is an acronym for Fiber Reinforced Plastic, which can also be referred to as Fiber Reinforced Plastic in English.<\/p>\n

\"FRP\u7cfb\u5217\u4ea7\u54c1\"\"FRP\u7cfb\u5217\u4ea7\u54c1\"<\/p>\n

Chinese name: fiber reinforced plastic or glass fiber reinforced plastic, commonly known as: glass fiber reinforced plastic. FRP light board is our usual name, the national standard name: glass fiber reinforced polyester corrugated sheet.<\/p>\n

FRP is quite versatile and is used in the manufacture of speedboats, ships, bridges, roof lighting materials, tables and chairs.<\/p>\n

(2) FRP main raw materials: (33%) non-alkali short-cut mat (glass fiber) + (63-65%) transparent unsaturated polyester resin composition, in addition to: surface weathering film + curing agent + accelerator + flame retardant + pigment + other additives.<\/p>\n

If there are more glass fibers and less resin, there will be fiber leakage (surface or side leakage phenomenon); if there are fewer fibers and more resin, there will be rattling sound when folding.<\/p>\n

FRP light panels in the resin is thermosetting unsaturated polyester resin, which is characterized by heating molding curing, for irreversible, can not be reused.<\/p>\n

Classification of alkali-free short-cut mats (glass fibers):<\/p>\n

A. By alkali content in fiber<\/p>\n

1, non-alkali fiber; 2, medium alkali fiber; 3, high alkali fiber.<\/p>\n

The alkali in the fiber accelerates the aging process of the unsaturated resin, so good quality FRP products are made of alkali-free fiber. Its price also increases with the decrease of alkali content, and the market price of the three can be expressed as follows:<\/p>\n

Alkali-free fiber price (yuan\/ton) = medium alkali fiber +3000~4000 = high alkali fiber +5000~6000.<\/p>\n

B. Morphology of the fiber itself<\/p>\n

1, roving; 2, long fibers; 3, staple fibers; 4, short-cut fiber mats; 5, roving cloth; 6, cloths<\/p>\n

1) Light Transmission<\/p>\n

The light transmittance is 60-85%, while the light is scattered through the FRP lighting panel, the light is soft, and will not form a light band, making the room brighter.<\/p>\n

(2) Weather resistance<\/p>\n

The surface of the product is covered with 23UM DuPont anti-aging film, which greatly improves the aging resistance of the product.<\/p>\n

(3) Impact resistance<\/p>\n

As the product structure contains crisscrossed glass fiber reinforcing materials, thus greatly improving the impact resistance of the product, in the impact of gravel and hail, not easy to rupture.<\/p>\n

(4) Corrosion resistance<\/p>\n

It is resistant to corrosion by various acids, alkalis and other chemicals, especially suitable for use in coastal and corrosive places.<\/p>\n

(5) Temperature resistance<\/p>\n

This product is a thermosetting polymer material, the use of temperature range -40 \u2103 - +120 \u2103.<\/p>\n

(6) Thermal stability<\/p>\n

The coefficient of thermal expansion of the product is about 2.2\u00d710-5mm\/mm.\u2103, which is only 2 times of the metal material, so it is not easy to deform and other phenomena because of its relatively small displacement as a lighting board and metal color plate supporting the use.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
